I really appreciate the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundaes for being a lighter indulgence. The ice cream itself is creamy with a sweet caramel twist—definitely a treat without overdoing it. However, the “sundae” experience falls a bit short for me. The caramel swirl is pretty sparse, so it lacks that decadent, loaded sundae feeling. It’s enjoyable, but if you’re after the full-blown sundae vibe with lots of topping you might feel it’s missing a bit of flair.
