This is a great rainbow ice-cream because it reminds us of the stuff at the ice-cream shop that we all grew up with. Nothing suss about this Peter's brand Rainbow ice-cream. Which I think is pretty good considering it's gluten free. Im not sure if ice-cream usually has gluten in it or not, but if it does, then this product has done well to maintain it's original flavour and texture.
