Just love this ice-cream as a special treat. The ice cream is smooth and creamy. The addition of the raspberry ripple is only enhanced by the tiny flakes of white chocolate spread throughout the ice cream. Great to know that ingredients (raspberries, cream) are grown in Australia. Bonus points that this is a Made in Australia product. The price can be a bit of a drawback, but it’s worth it. Or, wait for a special (sometimes 2 for $12, which is excellent for a gourmet ice-cream) and stick ck up then. Thoroughly recommend!
