Delicious mandarins. Hardly any seeds. Very sweet. My favourite mandarin.

Mandarin oranges are our favourite fruit as it gives a lot of health benefits due to theur high content of Vitamin C, which support our immune system and promote healthy skin. It’s also good for weight lose because their high fibre and water content promote feelings of fullness, helping to reduce overall calorie intake and prevent overeating. However the people who have gastroesophageal reflux issue should eat mandarins in moderation as the acidity of mandarins might trigger the symptoms like heartburn
