Juicey & sweet withouy any bitter or sour tastes at all. As a seasonal fruit these are in our fruit bowl on the kitchen countrr un our home and we have to keep up with the demand from our family so we buy them fresh each week over winter. Taste & texture never fail. Very happy with this product.
