get this cordial so me and my partner keep up with our hydration. I find that I drink a lot more over the day when I have this. I like that I can adjust how strong it is based on ratio of water to cordial.

get this as an alternative to tap water. it makes it more enjoyable to get fluids in each day. like that it is basically no calories so doesn’t matter how much you put in. I have on weaker side but partner likes it stronger so adds more.
