👍 Positives • Very sweet taste 🍯 – low acidity, good for people who don’t like sour mangoes • Large size – one mango gives a lot of flesh • Bright red–orange skin – looks attractive • Low fibre – smooth texture, easy to eat • Good for juices & desserts – thick, sweet pulp 👎 Negatives • Can be bland – sweetness but less “mango aroma” than Kensington Pride • Ripens unevenly – outside looks ripe, inside may not be • Too sweet for some people • Not best for traditional chutney or pickle • Quality varies by season
