Power packed flavour in this Fresh Fodder dip. Too spicy for my taste buds, perfect for people who like spice. Australian made, in a decent sized container with long shelf life, 3 months on the one I bought. Great as a standalone dip or part of a family grazing platter. Also useful for marinating chicken. worth looking at the other varieties.

Not a bad flavour. It’s not particularly spicy unfortunately. I would say it’s more on the mild side. The garlic is more pronounced & it was a nice snack with carrot sticks.

I’m always on the lookout for dips with a bit of heat, so when I saw this spicy jalapeno, garlic and parsley dip from Fresh Fodder I had to give it a go. Really glad I did because it’s become a new favorite. The jalapeno gives it a nice spicy kick without being overwhelming. it’s got heat but you can still taste everything else going on. The garlic comes through nicely and the parsley adds a fresh, herby note that stops it feeling too heavy. The texture is creamy and scoops up really well on crackers or veg.

if you enjoy spice you’ll enjoy this. I personally can’t have too much but the flavours are great. a lil on the steep side in cost wise but good product.

I’m always up for trying something new. So when I was given a whole 1-5 kg snapper. I decided baste it with this spicy jalapeño, garlic and parsley mix. What came from the grill a after approximately 10-15 min’s of basting and turning that magestic snapper was just devine.. Mind you though. If you’re not used to spicy. Then, I suggest you go easy on the basting. Top notch product.
