3-Star Review of Fresh Fodder Spicy Jalapeno Garlic And Parsley 200g

Tried this as a dip & spread with bread and crackers. The garlic flavour is strong and you can definitely taste the jalapeño, but the spice level can be a bit hit-and-miss. Some bites feel quite mild, then suddenly you get a stronger kick. Texture is smooth and easy to spread, which makes it good for quick snacks or as a side with grilled meat. The parsley gives it a fresh taste, but overall it’s a bit oilier than I expected, especially if you leave it out for a while. It’s decent if you like garlicky dips with a bit of heat, but not something I’d reach for all the time. Works better in small amounts rather than as a main dip.
