We love taramasalata in our household. We have tried this brand a couple of times already so we were excited to see this product was a booster product a few weeks ago. This dip is creamy, fresh-tasting and packed with unami. We normally prefer our taramasalata with a bit of garlicky taste, but this is pleasant enough without even the garlic undertone. We still like our own recipe the best, but we will gladly get this instead if we are pressed for time. Best to enjoy with veggie strips and on crackers with cheese.
