We love taramosalata in our household. We have never tried this brand before so was excited to see it as one of the booster products last week. This product is creamy, fresh-tasting and packed with umami. We normally prefer our taramosalata with a bit of garlicky taste, but this is pleasant enough even without the garlic undertone. We still like our own recipe the best, but we will gladly get this instead if we are pressed for time. Best to enjoy with veggie strips and on cracker with cheese.
