This is one of those things you try “just to see what it’s like” and then realise you’ve accidentally demolished half the tub with a spoon. Smooth, salty, and savoury. It’s rich without being heavy, properly briny, and miles more interesting than your average dip. Excellent with bread, veg sticks or crackers. Perfect as part of a platter, brilliant alongside a salad, and dangerous if left unattended. Not for the faint-hearted, but absolutely for people who like their food with character. Would buy again. Would recommend. Would not share.
