I prefer my eggs whites in the pour containers rather than frozen, always ready to go and no waste. when I buy them they always have a good expiry of at least 4-5!weeks as well.

This is so good. The carton makes it really convenient to pour the egg whites. You can use things so many ways and then put the rest back in the fridge for the next day. No mess.

Egg whites have a very mild flavor — almost neutral — and a watery texture when raw. When cooked, they turn firm and slightly spongy, making them ideal for omelets, scrambles, or meringues. They don’t have the richness or creaminess of whole eggs but absorb flavors from seasonings well.

these egowhites are amazing. so handy to have for cooking. no need to waste a whole egg. I use it in baking and make egg white omelette. The package is recyclable which is a plus.

Love having these on hand. They are great for baking, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The quality is consistently high with no additional “extras” found in over 20 containers used. The use by date has a significant length of time. Also good to freeze if needed. Absolutely fabulous for omelettes and they fluff up well to add volume as well. Can be pricey and difficult to source, so grab them when you can. An excellent way of reducing calories if you are watching your macros.

Great egg white to use for your baking ingredients No yolk waste. Keeps fresh in the fridge. Also use to make a high protein egg white omelette

Fresh, clean taste. Very versatile. I use it in its own or in baking. I would like it available in a glass bottle as it won’t spill. Although I do like that the packaging is recyclable

Easy to use and makes great buttercream. Comes in a handy carton and saves me time not having to seperate eggs. I also like the fact it can be frozen if needed
