such a great value tub of fish oils. you only need one a day to assist with skin hydration and inflammation which I have noticed a positive change in. easy to store , can just sit on the shelf. I also give one to my dog Rach day in his meal and he gets compliments on his shiny coat consistently. the vet thinks it’s terrific! can’t recommend enough

I bought 2 bottles for $70 at Chemist warehouse recently, I find that it's easy to swallow even though it bigger that the 1500mg. Yet it goes down smoothly with a sip of water. It also keeps inflammation away .

practice is very good. It can be eaten however make sure to drink some water product is also good for hair when you break the capsules and let the oil into your scalp.
