If you’re — • working out & needing a quick post-workout snack, • looking for higher protein without a lot of added sugar or fat, • fine with functional rather than indulgent snacks … then YoPRO Perform Strawberry is a solid choice. I’d give it 7.5/10: it nails the nutrition side nicely, it’s convenient, but it’s not quite luxury yoghurt experience. If I were to pick one tip: chill it well before eating — a cold texture will make it more enjoyable and help the flavour pop. Also, pair it with something fibrous (like a piece of fruit or some nuts) if you want to round out the snack to keep fuller for longer.
