We bought this on sale from Woolies and it definitely is a good buy. You get 20 g of protein, it's got a five-star health rating and it can be kept up to 2 hours outside of the fridge. Additionally it contains essential BCAAs and no added sugar. It might not be for everyone just because the berry taste could be a little bit sour, but in terms of a healthy option that tastes pretty good for most people this ticks the box.
