YoPRO protein yogurt is my new go to dessert alternative protein source, with 15g per serving. The salted caramel flavour is just enough of a bite to give it that caramel flavour with a bit of zing. The yogurt itself is creamy, thick and has just enough sweetness to make it the perfect after dinner, snack or breakkie addition.

It actually tastes really good, this should come as no surprise as YoPRO yogurts in general are quite nice but you can often have a taste compromise when a brand release a new healthy version of their product. I tried salted caramel flavoured one for comparison as i’d recently devoured a salted caramel YoPRO so it was fresh in mind and delicious also creamy and smoother texture too

This is my favourite yoghurt that I swear by! With a five star health rating and around 15 grams of protein per serve, Yopro keeps me feeling full and satisfied while on track to hitting my daily protein intake. I like how thick and smooth the texture of the yoghurt is and the salted caramel flavour adds a nice sweetness. This is perfect for overnight Weetbix and paired with fruit. The only downside for me would be the price. I think it could be a little cheaper.
