I recently tried the YoPRO strawberry (20g protein) yoghurt and really liked it. It’s smooth and creamy with a nice strawberry flavour that isn’t too sweet or artificial. It feels light but still really filling, especially after a workout or as a quick snack. It packs about 20g of protein per serve, with low fat and no added sugar, making it a popular snack for just $4.
