Like the berries flavour. Good for hunger cravings on the go, good for your gut. I use it as a side to lunch. Don't like the cover though, why so dark and black.

Easy convenient pouch. Too of pouch twists off easily. Has no artificial sweetener or sugar added. Has a health star rating of 5. High in protein. I still thought it was missing something in its taste. Not sure I would n purchase again.

I don't like the taste of this Yoghurt it's very bland. On the pluse side the consistency is very thick, it has no added sugar which I love and high in natural protein of 15gms which makes it a great snack after the Gym or a walk.
