10/10 yogurt. There is a slight gloopy taste to begin with but once you get down to the yogurt it’s nice. A good hit of protein. A thicker yogurt than most. Very high price point.

This is free from everything: added sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives etc. It's also free of taste. Too thick, bitter, just not nice.

Huge fan of the Danone protein yoghurt range. 15g of protein per serve which is a great way to track and hit your macro nutrient targets. Convenience of the pouch allows you to take it on the go. There's lots of different flavours to try, berry is one of my favourites as it's the right sweetness for a treat that is also healthy.
