Don’t really like the actual fruit so I get these frozen and put it in smoothies coz I know they’re really good for you. The more colourful the food the better, and this is bursting with colour! Got these on sale and they add such a gorgeous colour to smoothies. Good size bag and the pieces are cut up quite small for you which is also good so they blend quicker than bigger (uncut) frozen fruits
