Spinach is a soft, leafy green vegetable with a mild taste. It’s healthy, easy to cook, and can be eaten raw or cooked. Great in salads, curries, pasta, or smoothies. A good source of iron and vitamins!

good value, it’s the equivalent to approx a bag and a half of fresh spinach and taste the same as spinach you’ve cooked for things like pastries and lasagne

The Natures Nutrients frozen chopped spinach is very handy to keep in the freezer. It is very tasty in ricotta and spinach cannelloni.

I really like having frozen chopped spinach on hand. It’s so convenient because I don’t have to wash or chop anything, I can just grab what I need and throw it into a dish. I use it in things like omelettes, pasta, or curries, and it works perfectly. The texture is softer than fresh spinach once it’s cooked, but that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s also affordable and I love that it doesn’t go to waste since it stays in the freezer until I need it.
