I put a cube or two of this frozen spinach into just about everything, it makes me feel like I’m getting a boost of veg, stir fry’s, casseroles, pasta dishes the lot. for no real flavour difference I get to feel like I’m doing good for my body

Great source of Iron. Easy to prepare and sooo much value. Better to buy these little packets than fresh spinach sometimes. love to make an easy ricotta and spinach past bake! mmm delish. best value at $1.09 for the whole packet
