Pink Lady apples are not too sour, but also not too sweet. These were perfectly ripe - very juicy but still has the crunch. The only con is the dirt near the stem and at the bottom. Usually dirt is easy too clean, but because of the crevice, it can be hard to get out and properly clean even when soaked in water.

Pink lady apples are one of my favourite varieties of apples including Ambrosia, Gala and Smitten. Pink lady apples are always crunchy, juicy and not too sweet. It’s the perfect balance of basically everything you want in an apple. I love them in salads more than on their own. Delicious and nutritious.
