Pink Lady apples are hands-down one of my favourites! They’re consistently crisp with a perfect balance of sweetness and a slight tang that makes every bite refreshing. I love that they stay fresh in the fridge for quite a while without going mushy or bland. They’re great as a healthy snack on their own, but I also use them in salads, baking, and even sliced up with some peanut butter for a quick energy boost. Plus, the vibrant pink-red skin looks beautiful and makes them appealing for kids too. If you’re after a versatile, juicy apple with great flavour and crunch — Pink Lady is the one to go for! Last one standing of the bag of apples I bought.
