The pink lady apples is easily available in Australia and has a distinctive pink blush, with crisp and firm texture (most of the times), and a balanced sweet-tart flavor profile. A litlltle tangy. They are a popular choice in my house for snacking, baking, and adding to salads due to their versatility and ability to hold their shapes well. i also often add it to my daily juice. Recommended!
