5-Star Review of Pink Lady Apples

I picked up a batch of Pink Lady apples and they quickly became my favourite snack. Their snap is crisp, and the flesh is juicy and sweet with just the right amount of tartness. They hold up well in salads and baking too—they don’t get mushy too fast. There were a few that were a bit softer than the others, so choose the firmer ones if you want them to last longer. But overall, great flavour, great texture, and well worth it.
