Nice smoked salmon from Ocean Blue. It is well seasoned with cracked pepper, which tastes really good. Perfect for salands or sandwiches. Price is a bit high tho.

It contains omega 3 and vitamin B enough from ocean fish. But I dont buy it frequently because it has too much sodium. Tastes good by the way.
