I use stevia in my tea as I like the taste and saving of sugar. Natvia is one of a couple of brands I buy, depending on which one is on special, so I bought this 600g Natvia Baking Pouch on special at Coles as I will use it in my tea and in baking.

This natural sweetener's volume is adjusted to be similar to that of sugar - so if a recipe says 1 tbsp of sugar, you can substitute with 1 tbsp of this sweetener. Beware of the weight, though - this sweetener is much lighter than sugar, so 100g of it far more than 100g of sugar. No bitter aftertaste in most things, the only exveption is probably poppy seed - don't use it in poppy seed cakes.
