I really like this sweetener. I use it in my coffee and I find it is the most similar tasting to real sugar without the calories. It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste like some other sweeteners.

I changed to this sugar substitute when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with my pregnancy, I was a 2 sugar in my tea person, but I actually prefer just the one in my tea now. It’s also great to add into sauces and jams.

An excellent natural very low calorie alternative to sugar, use anywhere you'd use sugar, coffee/tea or in cooking and baked goods. No nasty after taste. Handy hint, if you miss the taste of sugar when using a product like this, start off with a 50/50 mix of this and sugar and slowly reduce the sugar.

Good alternative to sugar which is 💯% natural and only 0.4 calories “per serve” which is 2-3 teaspoons …so could be even less if you don’t like things too sweet! Made in Australia but from imported goods Reasonably priced compared to other brands
