I don't see much difference to energy levels when I drink these, I always feel the same. waste of money, in my opinion. However, they still taste nice and no sugar if you're into that.

Compared to mother brand this one is better, but compared to v brand I would rather have V. The silver colour monster with no sugar is better than this gold one.
