I had this on a day that I was really struggling after a few ordinary night’s sleep, it has a good taste, and kicked off my energy really well, being a type 2 diabetic being sugar free makes a big difference to me, the red grapefruit flavour isn’t fake or overpowering like some energy drinks are. Monster Energy makes some really good flavours that I can rely on.
