I like the Simmone logue quiche. It has a buttery crust and the fillings are soft. It pairs up well with ketchup. It comes with an aluminum plate which makes it easier to handle when putting it in and out of the oven.

This makes a very quick and easy dinner for those nights you just can’t be bothered. Serve it with a salad of garden greens and it is a filling and balanced meal. It easily serves 3-4 people.
