Handy spiral bound notebook for easy note taking. Has hard plastic cover in a selection of colours. I chose what they call the teal cover which is more like a soft spearmint colour, but still nice. The certified recycled paper is 70gsm, so heavier than some others. Highlighting shows slightly through pages unless heavier pressing like at the start of a highlight. Handwritting with biro does not come through to the other side of the page significantly, but this might depend on how heavy you are with a pen. All in all a good book for general use. A good mid range weight for notebooks and easy and enjoyable to use.
