I’ve used Vitasoy Oat Milky regularly as oat milk is my preferred dairy-free option. It has a smooth, mild flavour that works well in cereal, smoothies, and baking. It’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and it blends well with most things without overpowering them. However, a downside for me is that it doesn’t froth well at all. I’ve tried using it in my coffee and it just doesn’t create a stable foam, even with a frother. If you’re someone who enjoys oat milk lattes or cappuccinos, this might not be the best pick. On the plus side, it’s affordable, easy to find, and gentle on my stomach. It’s also great that it’s Australian-made and enriched with calcium. I still buy it regularly for general use, but for coffee, I tend to choose a barista-style oat milk instead if I can.
