The product is a bit more expensive than average milk but it offers more health benefits. Good source of daily plant-based calcium for milk alternative. It helps me enjoy my daily dose of milk during lactose restricted days and stay within my daily calories limits. I find the package design stating the day milk was opened very helpful to track when I need to finish the product.
