I like Blue Harvest Fresh Jervis Bay Mussels 1kg Map Pack for their freshness and sweet flavour. These mussels are so fresh and tasty...no need for the ginger and soy sauce. They were absolutely delicious, as good as I tasted anywhere in the world.

Nicely prepared mussels perfect for a mussel pot with your favourite Thai or Italian inspired sauce. Eady just rinse , de beard and put in a hot pot with wine, garlic, onion, chilli, olive oil and your favourite aromatics.
