2-Star Photo Review of 5 Cup Rice Cooker, Black - Anko

Just the cheapest Kmart rice cooker. No matter what I do, a third of the cooked rice just ends up brown and crunchy and stuck to the wall of the cooker. I end up throwing out nearly half of what I cook. It's so wasteful and horrible. I've tried different water to rice ratios. I've tried different types of rice. I gently clean the inside with a cloth with no scrubby scratchy parts on it. I only use the plastic spoon it came with to scoop the rice, careful not to remove any of the non stick material that is inside the cooker.
