Really comfortable travel neck pillow - easily adjustable by positioning the Velcro on either end together. Soft memory foam material. An improvement would be to add a loop tag so that you could clip it on to a backpack or handbag just for easier access and when you’re leaving the plane. Otherwise I’m very happy with this pillow.
