24cm stone blast fry pan. The stone blast fry pan allows air flow around food and it cooks evenly and gives a crisp texture. It suites all cook tops including induction as I have induction stove top. The handle is soft and stern. It's non stick, eay to clean pfoa free coating, dishwasher safe, heat resistant coating. I cook bacon, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast. Easy to clean
