Been drinking this for a little while now. makes my belly feel better whenever I'm feeling uncomfortable. So it's a really good thing to drink with your dinner. It's not a huge difference in taste to any other ginger and lemon kombucha but this one is often on sale for some reason so the fact that it's great value means it's the one I usually get
