i needed a half cup of orange juice for a cake recipe, naval oranges give a lot of juice with the right amount of tartness to offset sugar. inexpensive alternative to buying a bottle of orange juice. The skin was zested & frozen and my worm farm happy to munch on the skin. Pros: readily available and affordable.

Did you say Navel 🍊, yes please as these are great for juicing. I have mine in the morning, juicing 4 and pouring into my travel jar is my perfect drink to wake me up and keep me healthy drink. A vitamin C punch 🌅
