Sonoma artisan sliced sourdough with whole soybean and linseed is a great sourdough. It has a medium density and I really liked the whole soybeans. I also like that it is sliced, so I can freeze it and use it as I need it, reducing waste.

Beautiful bread. Glad this bread is available for purchase in the supermarket. Tastes great fresh or toasted and the seeded one is healthy and tasty. Bread is not dry and keeps well as it doesn’t spoil quickly.
