this has been a great option in our house, but the bread is dense compared to standard white, so as long as you’re ok with that, this will be a great option

Wise wheat Hi Fibre white bread has lower levels of protein and carbohydrates compared to white bread, high in prebiotic fibre, I love the soft texture and totally enjoy this bread and so do my family.

Bread is soft and really like the flavour. High fiber content, there are no additives or hazardous substances added which is healthy and very good value for money. Sometimes the slices are too thick.
