Excellent milk chocolate option for baking. I use this to melt it down and make chocolate flavoured desserts, and I plan to chop this up so turn them into chocolate chips as well.

I buy this cooking chocolate because it’s the cheapest I can get when nothing is on sale. It’s not the greatest quality but in cookies it okay. It’s great for brownies. The product use to be twice the size it’s now $3 for 200g. I do love that it’s ethically stamped.

this chocolate is such a good alternative as normal chocolate is so expensive and it melts so well and honestly tastes like normal chocolate

pay the extra and get Cadbury or better quality chocolate as this is not overly pleasant
