Woolworths Pitted Prunes are good quality , great taste for me to snack on . They are excellent source of fibre for my health and they are pitted , no seeds .My wife adds these to her smoothies and in her cooking of muffins. They are plump ,moist ,sweet as i add them to my morning cereal for a healthy choice .
