Woolworths Essentials Tuna Chunks in Springwater are a solid staple. The tuna is firm with good sized chunks, mild flavour, and not too fishy. Drains well and works great in salads, wraps, or pasta. Nice clean taste without added extras. Excellent everyday value, I always have a few cans in the pantry now

this tuna is great for protein packed tinned fish! it doesn’t taste fishy and it’s really tasty as well. i mixed it with veggies and mayo. i also put it on toast! easy meal ready option.
