i really enjoy these beans, they are low calorie, cheap and great fibre content. I love to add them to my Mexican bowls and they taste crunchy and add so much volume

This can of Woolworths brand Red Kidney Beans is an affordable, versatile, and tasty source of plant based fibre, protein, and nutrients. I like that these cans last a long time in the cupboard, and are easy to open with a ring-pull on the top. They go wonderfully in Mexican food, stews, and salads. Plus, these cans are really affordable, at about a dollar a can. A great buy!

The kidney beans were great in our chili con carne they are just as good as the expensive ones.

These red kidney beans are good for you and are great to use in soups or salads or Mexican meals. They taste great and are filling and good for you. Really enjoyable to eat and I buy this regularly.

not the best ones but for the price there well worth it. not too dry as there is enough liquid to keep them moist
