The beef is large in size. They are tough but perfect for roast or slow cook. I usually buy it for the weekend. I get everything prepared in the morning and put the ingredients in the slow cooker then it is ready for the dinner. Since it is a cheaper cut of meat, it takes some time to soften.

Roasted very well. Very little fat and grissle. Will purchase again.

We love this family roast. So easy to cook, I put oil and salt, on high in the oven for about 45 mins then reduce heat to 180 and cook for another 2 hours covered with foil. (Depending on size) Great for a roast dinner and even better in sandwiches and rolls!
