I used this to make shredded beef for burritos and it turned out really well. I used the slow cooker and the recipe was from the mingle website. I highly recommend!

The piece of meat is suitable for a roast or to make stirfry by cutting the meat into thin slices. Although it is a cheaper cut, it can be made into different kinds of dishes.

we wanted to have a family roast lastnight so we brought this from Cole’s. It was fresh and tasty. We added olive oil and some seasoning and salt and put in the oven for 2 hours on 180 degrees heat. The pork crackling was delicious and the pork meat was tender. We had it with Gravy and vegetables. yum! The left over meat we will use for sandwiches for lunch . 5/5

The marbling is good. I use Woolies beef family roast for my Beef and Broccoli recipe.
